Work you’ll do

 

This position’s main task will assist on administration of expatriates formalities, as the volume of this request during Covid-19 is still high while for expatriates formalities are increasingly complicated. Additional tasks are:

  • Check up on mandatory learning for new hires Assistant Manager and below
  • Checking clearance for resignation, and employee reference
  • Other admin tasks as necessary

Requirements

 

  • Has related working experience for 1-2 years
  • High administration skills
  • Multi tasking 
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • High proficient in Microsoft Excel
