Work you’ll do
Deloitte Greenhouse Southeast Asia is an innovation and problem-solving accelerator. We help our clients drive strategic growth and solve complex business challenges through immersive, high-impact workshops known as Labs. These Labs combine emerging technologies, interactive tools, and expert facilitation to deliver unique, solution-focused experiences.
As we expand Deloitte Greenhouse into Indonesia, we are looking for a high-performing Assistant Manager or Manager to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with senior executives and leaders, design and deliver innovation-focused Labs, and play a key role in shaping Deloitte’s innovation agenda in the Indonesian market. The role will report into the SEA Greenhouse Director.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the launch and growth of Deloitte Greenhouse in Indonesia, with an initial focus on Executive Transition Labs, and later, on the design and delivery of custom Labs tailored to client needs.
Executive Transition Labs
- Collaborate with the Executive Transition Lab leader based in Singapore to implement and deliver Labs for C-suite executives in Indonesia.
- Support Deloitte Lead Client Service Partners in introducing Executive Transition Labs to their clients by explaining the process, required investment, and value outcomes.
- Manage the full Lab lifecycle: scoping opportunities, pre-Lab planning and preparation, day-of-Lab execution, and post-Lab deliverables.
- Coordinate facilitators, Lab managers, and internal account teams to ensure a personalized, high-quality client experience that includes attention to logistics, catering, and digital tools.
Custom Labs and Program Management
- Act as the main point of contact for all Deloitte Greenhouse Lab requests in Indonesia.
- Evaluate and validate Lab requests to ensure alignment with the Deloitte Greenhouse offering.
- Promote Labs during internal and external meetings to support team goals and uncover opportunities with strategic clients.
- Support end-to-end delivery of custom Labs, including:
- Conducting scoping discussions with clients and internal teams
- Designing Lab agendas and structure
- Creating compelling visual content and workshop materials
- Managing logistics and coordination across teams
- Supporting Lab facilitation and post-Lab follow-up
- Work closely with the Deloitte Greenhouse Director to develop new Lab formats, tools, and processes.
- Manage multiple Labs at the same time while ensuring high quality and consistency with Greenhouse standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting or internal consulting roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex information into clear, actionable concepts.
- Experience in a client-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, especially with senior-level stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines across multiple projects.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. Experience with workshop tools, such as Miro, a plus.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and awareness of emerging digital technologies is highly desirable.
