Work you’ll do


  • Ensuring that the execution of performance management in Audit is in accordance with provided guidelines
  • Monitoring headcount and resources status, and discuss the appropriate suggestion with the Audit Talent Leader
  • Review allocation list for Audit Managers (close coordination with each Group/Deputy Group Leader) and discuss appropriate suggestions with Audit Talent Leader
  • Collect, review, and prepare relevant data/information related to Audit Talent matters for further communication/presentation purposes
  • Organizing meeting agendas and follow-ups
  • Liaising with SEA for the Mobility program
  • Maintaining all data related to Audit Talent
  • Understand and ensure that all relevant control activities, documentation and monitoring activities in Audit Talent are executed according to the provided guidelines.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's from a reputable university with the excellent academic result
  • Minimum of 5 - 6 years of working experience (included with at least 3 - 4 years of experience in the audit workforce)
  • Excellent leadership, commitment, team player, and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
  • Possess administration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Working well under the pressure of a tight deadline is essential.
  • Willing to learn and share knowledge
  • Creative, self-driven and highly initiative 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
