Work you'll do


  • Display leadership and business judgement in managing local Cyber Risk service team (~40 headcounts)
  • Work with team members and clients in delivering client services in the following areas: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Incident Monitoring and Incident Response (SIEM/SOC), Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Cyber Strategy and Governance
  • Manage/lead the team or sub-team onsite in complex project implementation, managing and mentoring team members to ensure timely and quality delivery following project milestones
  • Provide counselling/coaching, oversight and support for delivery teams members
  • Leverage existing client relationship for cross-selling & up-selling opportunities
  • Participate in business development process including proposal development, budgeting and marketing/eminence events with business partners and product principals

  • Minimal Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information System Security, Cybersecurity, or closely related fields
  • More than 15 years of professional experience in Information Technology field, preferably Information Security or Cyber Security, with minimal half of them in service providers environment
  • Strong background in Banking or Telco industry
  • Have deep expertise knowledge in the following areas: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Incident Monitoring and Incident Response (SIEM/SOC), Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Cyber Strategy and Governance
  • Have provided consultation/advisory project on Cybersecurity strategy and governance, including capability and maturity assessment
  • Have led implementation team in large turnkey projects end-to-end, minimum 3 past projects in at least one of the following domains: IAM or PAM, Security Monitoring Solutions, Vulnerability Management
  • Have previous experience of leading about 10-15 men delivery team in a complex IT project implementation
  • Comfortable in presenting to clients high management (or board of directors) or other decision makers to present or sell ideas to various audience (technical and non-technical)
  • Familiarity with local (Indonesia) cyber security regulations


Additional preferred qualifications:


  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, OSCP/OSCE, GPEN, GCIH, etc.
  • Experience in DevOps practices and platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.
  • Familiarity with Secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices and solutions
  • Familiarity with Cyber security products/solutions such as EDR, SIEM, DLP, IAM and PAM
  • Prior working experience with a professional services firm or equivalent
