Work you will do 
This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact.  That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.

We are looking for a Digital Technology Solutions Architect, to help our clients design, build, and scale their digital technology capabilities to create great customer experiences.

You will:

• Provide architectural and big-picture oversight for development of client implementations on digital technology solutions and also custom builds
• Provide analysis and recommendations on the design of digital technology stacks and ecosystems, while integrating components built by developers and ensuring architectural integrity of the system
• Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to clients. This includes overall planning, organizing, designing, integrating, and delivery of all services prioritized in alignment with the client's expectations and business needs.
• Lead a team of solution partner and/or client developers and specialists to meet specific client requirements; responsible for ensuring an optimal system architecture to facilitate the successful completion of implementations
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to solution partners and client developers regarding the implementation and maintenance of ecommerce solutions based on martech best practices.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

If you are someone with: 

• Minimum of 8 years of working experience with at least 3 years relevant architecture experience, a full-stack architect, with experience in architecting and implementing mobile apps, web apps, CDP, martech, IOT and other digital technologies.
• Practical experience implementing digital technologies (client- and service-side) is key, and affinity to remain connected to the code is required
• Experience with mobile, web, or other devices.
• Able to lead and execute DevOps process, with deep hands on expertise in CI/CD.
• Clear ability to drive projects to successful, on-time completion and influence stakeholders and team members
• Demonstrated experience in leading tech teams.
• Leading by example, and hands-on, ready to dive into development should the occasion calls for it.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively synthesize business requirements into technical outcomes for varied audiences
• Able to convey technical ideas in business terms.
• Experience in dynamic situations and able to shift gears comfortably and effectively
• Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
• Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future
• Experience in SEA/APAC
