Work you’ll do

 

Account Managers are, in essence, the "deputy" LCSP and manage the day-to-day client development activities, including the creation or maintenance of client service plans, coordination of both internal and external meetings and navigating the Deloitte organization.

 

In order to make the Client Program a success, an Account Manager must take role in:

  • Providing account management service for a strategically important client and work closely with the Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP) and Client Service Team in a dynamic, challenging and fulfilling environment
  • Overseeing and responsible for day-to-day account operations, which include tasks such as: account meetings set up, account planning administration & documents, drive the account team communication
  • Supporting the Client Service Team to facilitate effective relationship building between the client and Deloitte
  • Sustaining key client relationships through both the opportunity and engagement life cycle
  • Organizing, developing, maintaining and executing client relationship strategies, including the support of business development activities
  • Update with C&M for the above listed activities and liaise with C&M for related support, such as: account strategy workshop, brand & communications, publications, thought leadership, data NSR, Jupiter.

 

Other Tasks

  • Provide the Action Log keeping our activities on track on weekly basis.
  • Review preparation and uploading process related to the SOE e-Procurement websites and tender registration (until tender submission, if required) based on accounts which each Account Manager responsible for.
  • Attend relevant training to enhance soft and technical skills (if necessary)
  • Be allocated to 1 Industry Category as focus of interests.

Requirements

 

  • Minimal educational background in business, economic, finance and accounting, marketing
  • Good interpersonal skills, active and assertive
  • Fluent in English and MS Office
  • Preferably having 2 years of specific experiences as the BD member for SOE and PS in other Consulting firms or as the permanent / contract Officer at Government / Ministry or SOE offices.
  • Willing to be under contract employment
  • Able to liaise with the professional team and should be ready to work together with professional team based on certain SOE & PS project tender requirement.
