Work you’ll do


  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to staff’s compensation, includes payroll budgeting, performance bonus, and forecast annual increment simulations
  • Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs that aligns with the Firm’s strategic plan
  • Conduct analysis of compensation & benefits within the company
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
  • Understand the goals of internal clients, setting clear priorities and direction

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities major in Economics, Psychology, Law, with excellent academic result
  • Minimum of 8 – 10 years experiences with extensive exposure in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll
  • Experienced in serving multiple users / stakeholders environment, preferably from similar industry (professional services)
  • Strong competencies in the area of client service and result oriented
  • Possess administration, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skill, leadership, team player, and organizational skills
  • Willing to work hard, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Able to work in a fast-moving, challenging and multi-tasking environment.
  • Has professional integrity
  • Willing to learn and share knowledge
  • Creative, self-driven and highly initiative
  • Computer literate
