Work you’ll do


  • Delivers exceptional client service in the area of employee data management and reporting, employee relations, HR policy and procedures, and other people administration jobs
  • Act as the employee liaison for their questions and concerns related to the company policy and employment
  • Responsible to follow up and process probations and contract renewals
  • Administer leave requests; check for allowance, eligibility, and enforce policy
  • Advise in handling special employee situations
  • Support in the paperwork for promotions, demotions, and terminations
  • Influence internal clients and team positively. Leading by example and establishing confident relationships with Business Leaders

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities major in Law, with excellent academic result. Backgrounds from Psychology, Economics, or Engineering are welcome to apply
  • Minimum of 10 years experiences as HR generalist with extensive exposure in serving multiple users / stakeholders’ environment, and 3 – 4 years in managerial level
  • Well experienced and savvy in handling SAP HR system
  • Strong competencies in the area of employee relations and policy & procedures
  • Possess communication, administration, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, team player, and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-moving, challenging with high workload
  • Comfortable to work in matrix organization serving multiple stakeholders
  • Professional integrity
  • Computer literate
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
