Work you’ll do

  • Understand the goals of internal clients, setting clear priorities and direction
  • Become first point of contact for all-HR related matters for business entity under his/her responsibility
  • Influence internal clients and team positively. Leading by example and establishing confident relationships with Business Leaders
  • Delivers exceptional client service in the area of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, administration jobs, as well as participate in HR, Learning and university related events

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, with excellent academic result
  • All-round HR practitioner with minimum 10 years experiences with extensive exposure in serving multiple users / stakeholders environment
  • Preferably from similar industry (professional services)
  • Capable to serve multi-stakeholders  
  • Strong competencies in the area of client service and result oriented
  • Possess administration, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skill, leadership, team player, and organizational skills
  • Willing to work hard, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Able to work in a fast-moving, challenging and multi-tasking environment.
  • Creative, self-driven and highly initiative
  • Computer literate
  • High proficient in English
