Work you’ll do
As a Manager in the team you will work closely with the Directors and Partners to play a key role in making a difference by really influencing and shaping the strategic development of the team. You will also have the commercial experience necessary to build and develop significant new business opportunities for the Firm, focused on the development of senior client relationships within Oracle. In doing so, you will build a level of eminence in the marketplace that gives you the platform to support the Firm’s growth ambitions over the long-term, as well as building high-performance teams around you to support these growth plans.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading Oracle Consulting projects to drive global digital transformation. In addition, Managers should undertake practice development and business management activities to help grow the Oracle practice as well as aligning to an industry to exploit depth of knowledge and professional experience
- Leading several multi-disciplinary work streams of Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers to deliver against client objectives in a variety of industries.
- You will be continually encouraged to devise innovative solutions to help our clients maximise the value of their data assets by helping them transform data into insight. You will also assume real ownership of projects and key stakeholders at executive levels as you help them execute their strategy to build an efficient analytics organisation, processes and supporting technology.
- Design and develop tailor-made solutions, strengthen our presence in the market, identify revenue-generating opportunities and get involved in proposal writing, pitch presentations, etc.
- Build global trusted relationships with key clients

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related degree;
- 15 years of relevant experience in Consulting or similar Industry and solid track record of managing and selling into enterprise level accounts.
- Proficient knowledge of Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM, CX, or HCM is preferred and Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors.
- Track record in managing the successful delivery of large, complex programmes / engagements on time and within budget.
- Track record in account development, business and relationship development and the ability to identify and act upon opportunities to build and develop Oracle practice footprint, including commercial and financial management of projects
- Possess strong facilitation, analytical skills, communication skills in English and have natural ability to influence others.
- An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
