Work you’ll do

  • Responsible and monitor all recruitment process
  • Full execution of the recruitment process for experienced hires (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, conducting test, background checking, offering and signing).
  • Update and provide timely feedback to hiring managers and candidates for the recruitment process
  • Report monthly new hires forecast
  • Update, maintain, and ensure that all recruitment processes are carried out according to procedures based on recruitment policy
  • Develop and improve current recruitment process.
  • Manage campus recruitment program and maintain effective communications with campus representatives
  • Assist in conducting new hire onboarding.
  • Become point of contact for the recruitment team during internal and external audits

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor from reputable universities with excellent academic result majoring in Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of 6 - 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience working in headhunter and/or managing mass hire recruitment is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, commitment, team player, and organizational skills
  • Able to multitasks and work in fast moving and demanding environment.
  • Work well under pressure of tight deadline is essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word and Power Point).
