Work you’ll do

• Support integration planning and execution, including synergy tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in the development of detailed integration roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• Provide data analysis to measure integration progress and identify potential challenges.
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Monitor key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for leadership teams and clients.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support M&A strategy development.
• Assist in market and industry assessments, and target screening.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare proposals, presentations, and client deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00
• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, M&A, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of M&A lifecycle, PMI processes, and project management principles (PMP or similar certification is a plus).
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong capabilities in business diagnostics and logical analysis.
• Advanced skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. Candidates should be adept in report writing, correspondence, and delivering presentations.
• Strong commitment to perform and deliver in a challenging professional environment. Candidates must be able to work effectively both unsupervised and as part of a team, with a keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required by client service engagements and to work at the office or client premises as needed.
