Work you’ll do
Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Infrastructure & Real Estate (I&RE) practice in Southeast Asia. We provide strategy, financial advisory, and program and project management services to public and private sector clients on infrastructure projects, including those that have private sector participation such as Public-Private Partnerships. Our projects range across a variety of industries, such as social infrastructure, transport, waste, energy and renewables, utilities, industrial plant, telecommunication, and urban infrastructure.
We provide a comprehensive range of business case development services, including potential value capture, financial modelling, economic assessment, transaction structuring, debt & capital advisory, infrastructure financing, procurement advisory for both public and private/bid side, and refinancing/asset recycling.
As part of our growth, we are currently seeking Director candidates to join our Indonesia office. This will give you the opportunity to challenge yourself by leading impactful client engagements, maintaining and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving business excellence. You will be a strategic thinker with the capacity to tackle complex issues, leveraging innovative approaches to create sustainable value for both Deloitte and our clients. Your role requires a blend of business acumen, industry expertise, and cross-functional leadership, where you will oversee market positioning efforts, ensure the highest quality of service, and act as a brand ambassador for Deloitte in the DCSEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage C-suite clients, resolving issues, and driving impactful conversations.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders through highly developed influencing skills.
Delivering the Business:
- Manage profitable, high-value engagements, ensuring exceptional delivery standards.
- Lead executive-level initiatives to address complex business challenges with strategic thinking.
