Work you’ll do
- Participate in project teams, providing financial advisory services to a diverse client base.
- Analyze financial data, information, and financial statements.
- Conduct market and company research by utilizing various of research tools and public database
- Develop of marketing materials such as investment teaser and information memorandum
- Create and review detailed financial models for various transactions such as financing, acquisitions, and valuation.
- Communicate effectively with engagement management, ensuring clear and concise delivery of information.
- Manage engagement, maintaining responsibility for project setup, organization, and the updating of engagement files.
- Contribute to practice development activities, including participating in training programs, and networking opportunities within the firm.
- Engage with clients or target management during meetings, and assist in preparing client presentations
- Prepare internal documentation related to client engagements, working papers, and acceptance procedures.
- Continuously develop expertise within your specialization and build your reputation as a trusted financial advisor.
- Assist leadership team on business development purposes through preparing proposal, though leadership, pitch deck and other go-to market materials

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a reputable university, either local or overseas. A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
- Have 2 -4 years of relevant experience in an M&A environment, candidates who have experience within a Big-4 firm/venture capital/investment bank/private equity will have a plus point.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for complex financial tasks.
- Strong capabilities in business diagnostics and logical analysis.
- Advanced skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. Candidates should be adept in report writing, correspondence, and delivering presentations.
- Strong commitment to perform and deliver in a challenging professional environment. Candidates must be able to work effectively both unsupervised and as part of a team, with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required by client service engagements and to work at the office or client premises as needed.
