Work you’ll do
- Lead and oversee workstreams in integration planning and execution, focusing on synergy realization, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive integration roadmaps, governance frameworks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, monitor progress, and proactively address potential challenges.
- Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and deliverables to enable smooth project execution.
- Present detailed status updates and reports to executive leadership, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Lead strategic research initiatives and advanced analysis to support M&A activities and decisions.
- Direct market and industry evaluations, and supervise end-to-end target screening processes.
- Partner with senior leadership to design compelling proposals, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Facilitate high-impact workshops and meetings to drive key decisions and resolve issues.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting growth in technical, analytical, and client engagement skills.
- Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00.
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, M&A, or a related field.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including experience in managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of the M&A lifecycle, PMI processes, and project management best practices (PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.
- Exceptional business diagnostics and logical analysis skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong skills in report writing, formal correspondence, and delivering impactful presentations to senior leadership and clients.
- Strong commitment to performing and delivering in a fast-paced, high-pressure professional environment. Ability to work independently and within teams, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required by client service engagements, with flexibility to work at the office or client premises as needed.
