Work you’ll do

Successful candidates will possess teamwork, leadership, intellectual curiosity, creativity, tenacity in analysis, attention to detail, and accountability for results. In addition to well-developed analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, this role requires the ability to:

• Take a lead role in the deal or project engagements and business developments

• Ability to work well with diverse client and team members

• Able to synthesize large amounts of data and information from primary and secondary research and develop and present sound and accurate conclusions

• Assist in developing frameworks/models that address business problems and result in strategic insights

• Communicate effectively and maturely with client management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier school with demonstrated analytical capability and academic honors (minimum 3.0 GPA)
• Minimum of 4 years (for Manager) and 8 years (for Associate Director) in consulting, banking, principal investments, or strategic roles within a corporate environment
• Must have demonstrated market development visibilities
• Led successful teams and provided hands-on supervisory guidance in fast-paced working environments
• Proficiencies with PowerPoint, Excel, and various office tools
