Work you’ll do

  • Lead workstreams in integration planning and execution, including synergy realization, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Design and oversee detailed integration roadmaps, governance frameworks, and KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, measure progress, and proactively address challenges.
  • Oversee and ensure updates to project plans, milestones, and documentation are accurate and timely.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present detailed status reports and updates for executive leadership and clients.
  • Drive research efforts and strategic analysis to support M&A initiatives.
  • Lead market and industry assessments, and oversee target screening processes.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop proposals, high-impact presentations, and client deliverables.
  • Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on analysis, reporting, and client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00.
  • 4–6 years of experience in consulting, M&A, or a related field.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of the M&A lifecycle, PMI processes, and project management principles (PMP or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
  • Strong capabilities in business diagnostics and logical analysis.
  • Advanced skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. Candidates should be adept in report writing, correspondence, and delivering presentations.
  • Strong commitment to perform and deliver in a challenging professional environment. Candidates must be able to work effectively both unsupervised and as part of a team, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required by client service engagements and to work at the office or client premises as needed.
