Work you’ll do
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our growing team. This team provides commercial and strategic advisory services to both foreign and local enterprises, supporting the execution of high-impact initiatives across various sectors.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset. You should bring a track record of successfully managing complex engagements, driving results, and mentoring teams. Key attributes include intellectual curiosity, creativity, analytical rigor, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and engagements from end to end, including planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Drive business development activities by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to proposal development.
- Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior client executives and internal teams.
- Synthesize complex data and insights from primary and secondary research to formulate actionable and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and apply structured frameworks and models to solve business challenges and uncover growth opportunities.
- Communicate findings and strategies clearly and persuasively to senior client stakeholders, demonstrating strong executive presence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from university with demonstrated analytical capability and academic honors (minimum 3.0 GPA).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, banking, principal investments, or strategic roles within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated visibility and success in market development or client relationship building.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and provide hands-on supervisory guidance in fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other standard office tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
