Work you'll do

Risk Advisory Services help our clients identify, maintain and elevate their preparedness for risk, driving the risk agenda across key areas of the Indonesia economy. 

Across our Operational Risk teams we invest in and drive innovation within our core and niche consulting products, providing first, second and third lines of defense to our clients. 

Our Jakarta team is expanding rapidly and this growth is creating opportunities for professionals who are seeking a fresh challenge and an opportunity to work closely with inspiring Partners, significant clients and like-minded, innovative professionals with a variety of different skills. 

Role and responsibilities:


  • Lead operational risk fieldwork teams, providing effective delivery of various engagements.
  • Consistently display extraordinary commitment to client service.
  • Promote and implement compliance with mandated professional practices and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Deloitte's leading edge tools and methodologies.
  • Reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of controls to address the key strategic and operational risks within our clients' business operations.
  • Participating in meetings with key client stakeholders and drafting a range of varied client reports.
  • Contribute to a portfolio of client work.
  • Perform/assist with business development as required.

  • Accounting degree.
  • 2-3 years professional experienced in preferably as financial / external auditor OR internal auditor from the big four consultant companies.
  • Experienced in performing the (1) stock count and its reconciliation, (2) third party review or contract compliance review.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to have heavy travel time.
  • Excellent in using the excel function and do the analysis.
