Work you’ll do


  • Advise clients on 1) Governance, Risk Management and Compliance; 2) Regulatory compliance (AML KYC, ABC, regulatory reporting, etc); 3) Regulatory sandbox; 4) Regulatory requirements for fintech estabilishment; 5) Insurance business process
  • Create and maintain programme plan and roadmap to govern workstream and initiative delivery related to banking projects (AML, Core Banking, Payments, Lending);
  • Manage the combined bank and vendor project team to drive collaboration and delivery;
  • Develop and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and team.
  • Lead and facilitate client workshops, sharing knowledge 
  • Act as an exemplary team player at all levels, whilst continuously promoting a sense of loyalty.
  • Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collection

  • Guardian chemistry and willing to work for extra miles
  • Tertiary qualification in a business, or finance discipline with a well-ranked institution.
  • Certified in Risk Management will be a preference.
  • 2 years and above of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role within the Financial Services industry (banking or insurance) for front/middle/back-office processes, regulations, instruments and products.
  • With relevant experience in creating and maintaining programme plans and roadmap to govern workstream and initiative delivery related to banking technology projects such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Core Banking, Payments, Lending.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
  • Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
  • Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth.
  • Drive, tenacity, client-focused and results-oriented.
