Work you’ll do

 

  • Able to properly advise clients, develops strategies, prepares legal documents. 

  • Managing the associate's works and taking an active part in sharing knowledge and experience with the team

  • Prepare fee matter estimates and quotations. 

  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients. Establish credibility, influence where appropriate and provide excellent client service.

  • Build knowledge and experience in practice areas to the highest standards.

  • Maintain time records at all times.  

  • Ensure work is compliant with procedures and standard documents. 

  • Maintain Knowledge Management (KM) information/system and ensure this is accurate and current.

  • Provide support and guidance to more junior members of the team.

  • Able to support Partner on daily basis management duties.

  • Understand Legal Business plan and Strategic plan.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Law, from reputable university in Indonesia or overseas

  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)

  • Having high motivation, loyal and honest

  • At least 5 years of working experience in law firm

  • Obtained advocate license

  • Excellent in legal drafting skill

  • Good communication skill with excellent English speaking and writing ability

  • Dynamic, have good logical and analytical thinking, and good in attitude

  • Strong in leadership

  • Able to work individually and as a team
