Work you’ll do
Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities, driving efficient sourcing, strong vendor management, and compliance with Deloitte policies, while partnering closely with business stakeholders to support operational and cost objectives.
Key Responsibility:
Procurement Strategy & Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) management in Ariba
- Ensure procurement activities are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs
- Provide guidance to junior team members and support standardization of procurement processes
Purchase Order Governance & Tracking
- Monitor and manage PO lifecycle to ensure timely execution, delivery, and closure
- Proactively identify risks or delays and drive resolution with internal stakeholders and vendors
Vendor Management & Commercial Negotiation
- Lead vendor engagements, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, and price negotiations
- Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships to drive cost efficiency, quality, and service reliability
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value creation
Invoice & Financial Control
- Oversee invoice verification processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual terms
- Partner with Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment cycles
Vendor Risk & Compliance (VBR)
- Drive Vendor Business Relationship (VBR) assessments for new and existing vendors
- Ensure adherence to Deloitte policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
Contract Management & Advisory
- Manage procurement contracts to ensure compliance with terms and performance standards
- Support or lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments
- Provide advisory to stakeholders on contractual and commercial implications
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Business Units to understand procurement needs and provide strategic sourcing support
- Act as a key point of contact for procurement-related matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
- Strong experience with procurement systems (e.g., Ariba or equivalent)
- Proven ability in vendor negotiation and contract managementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
