Work you’ll do


  • Full execution of the recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, conducting test, background checking, offering and signing).
  • Manage campus recruitment program and maintain effective communications with campus representatives
  • Update and provide timely feedback to hiring managers for all candidate process
  • Report job progress on regular basis
  • Develop and improve current recruitment process
  • Assist in conducting new hire onboarding

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor from reputable universities with excellent academic result (minimum GPA 3.00), majoring in Psychology.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience working in headhunter will be an advantage.
  • Able to deal with different tasks and projects at the same time and to prioritize work activities.
  • Work well under pressure of tight deadline is essential.
  • Able to work in fast moving and demanding environment.
  • Willing to work hard, have strong commitment and team player.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word and Power Point).
