The AP Clients and Industries (AP C&I) team within Deloitte AP is responsible for driving growth and alignment within the Deloitte member firm network to deliver a consistent experience and the very best of Deloitte across the network to our AP priority clients and strategic sectors in AP. The goal is to serve our clients and sectors with quality and distinction and make a measurable, tangible, and attributable impact.

 

An exciting opportunity exists to join the AP Clients & Industries team as the AP C&I Operation and Analysis Support. You will be working alongside with AP C&I leadership, Regional Lead Client Service Partners (RLCSPs) and Regional Sector Leaders to support regional strategy development and operational support, and support the performance review and development process. 

 

It is an ideal role for a versatile, top performing, experienced professional who would like to gain experience working with the AP organization, build a global network, and develop significant understanding of the AP C&I organization. It offers a unique opportunity to grow strategic planning and advisory skills, enhance operations management capabilities, and understand planning and execution of regional strategies.

 

Location:  The candidate can continue to reside in their home country and fulfil the role, unless they wish to relocate by personal preference. This will be considered on a case by case basis. Individuals based in any AP cities where there are existing DTTL employees will be considered.


Support AP C&I Planning

 

  • Support AP C&I annual planning by working with AP C&I strategic sector leaders and their supports, facilitating planning process, and managing centralized planning outputs for discussion and alignment.
  • Work closely and communicate frequently with strategic sector supports on any problems and updates to smooth planning process and to ensure quality of planning outputs
  • Support AP C&I COO to conduct any planning related data maintenance/analysis, identify potential issues and work with operation team and strategic sector supports to resolve problems


Support AP C&I Leadership Meeting

 

  • Support AP C&I Leader and COO on the monthly AP C&I Council Meeting, prepare meeting materials as needed, facilitate meeting logistics, and track on the follow-up actions
  • Support other AP C&I Leadership Meetings based on needs


Support Yearly Member Firm Standard

 

  • Work with global team to facilitate member firm standard process and take initiatives to propose any ideas on the improvement and optimization of the overall procedure
  • Work with Geos/BUs team to proceed member firm standard submission, support AP C&I COO on the governance of Geos/BUs progress and submission contents, take initiative to seek clarification and additional materials to ensure high quality submission
  • Consolidate Geos/BUs submission to form one single submission for AP 


Deliver Monthly Board Report

 

  • Coordinate with Geos/BUs/Sectors team in AP C&I ecosystem, conduct data cleaning and analysis, prepare monthly report for board, to provide insights and facilitate leadership decisions
  • Work with business intelligence team and conduct pipeline analysis as the input of board report


PMO Support and ad hoc work

 

  • Work with AP C&I Operation team to provide operational support for any other AP C&I activities
  • Support AP C&I COO to conduct ad hoc work, such as prepare materials for Hot Topic initiatives, Pursuits report, Client Portfolio Management, and etc

Requirements

 

Education: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced degree in business administration preferred

 

Years of Experience:

 

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience that demonstrates superior management, strategy planning, analysis and implementation experience
  • Demonstrated confidence in client relationship and leadership management in a professional services environment

 

Technical Skills:

 

  • “Fast and self-driven learner” with ability to grasp heart of the business issues 
  • Self-starter with ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and deal with ambiguity
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and thorough execution
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to support leadership to drive stakeholder engagement
  • Strong relationship building and relationship management skills
  • Capable of building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies

 

Other Attributes: 

 

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate concepts into practical and executable plans
  • Strong understanding of DTTL and/or member firms’ client and industry programs
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to coordinate across many constituents
  • Client service experience preferred
  • Ability to interact and interface with all levels, especially with leadership
  • Ability to develop and deliver internal and external executive level presentations
