Work you’ll do
 
As a Manager in the Strategy & Innovation team, you will support the Southeast Asia (SEA) leadership and stakeholders to drive a product-oriented growth agenda as well as move forward the firm’s strategic priorities.  

 

The role has a dual focus to 
(A) Work with Deloitte’s businesses to strategically drive asset commercialization, certification and project manage the process
(B) Support the firm’s strategy and planning agenda
 
(A) Asset Commercialization, Certification and Project Management  

  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-border commercialization and certification of assets i.e. import and export of assets into / out of SEA including liaising with the Asia Pacific Asset team
  • Project manage the commercialization and certification process from initial discovery to full certification with activities including:-
  • Providing guidance and support to the respective Asset Owners to commercialise and/or certify their assets
  • Co-ordinate with domain specialist (IT, Risk, Legal, Marketing and Product Teams) to validate requirements
  • Work closely with business leaders to drive the process
  • Work with Business teams to identify and track the firm’s new and in-flight assets, following up on the progress and generating update reports 

 

(B) Strategy Development 

  • Support the Southeast Asia (SEA) leadership teams and stakeholders to develop strategic priorities, align business and firm vision, and share best practices.
  • Perform primary and secondary research, data analysis, strategy, workshops, and firm communications. 
  • Drive ad hoc Strategy and Innovation team projects

Requirements:

 

  • At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience with a leading organisation, ideally with experience in Consulting or Corporate Strategy from a strong brand
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish relationship with stakeholders
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently, proactive and able to operate effectively in ambiguity 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Structured thinker with exceptional problem-solving ability, logical reasoning and creative thinking
  • Comfortable with numbers, ability to analyse large amounts of data to obtain relevant insights using Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced in structuring and developing presentation materials for formal communications (internal and external) using Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • "Can do" attitude and willingness to learn from and contribute to a high-performance culture
  • Leadership qualities with the humility and ability to mentor and be mentored
