Work you’ll do


  • Gathering market insights of the market, preparing report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
  • Gathers data from internal and external resources, compiles them and presents them to the partners, business leaders, etc
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Assist in developing business & client service plans, overseeing & examining new strategy progress and development
  • Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans, strategies, internal talent development & eminence activities or strategies
  • Driving strategic focus on priority clients and sectors
  • Strategic planning of client engagement activities - support program & industry activities
  • Provide and prepare client marketing tools - leave behinds, Deloitte credentials and profiles
  • Internal talent development planning - develop talent on the competencies and understanding of MY priority industry/sectors
  • Strategic Bid Advisory - full proposal support & advisory
  • Deloitte CRM suite – managing contacts, lead generations, opportunities/pipeline management (planning/nurturing), performance analytics

Drive Audit Capture & Audit Defend Program

  • Client strategy & execution plan
  • Engagement data reporting, market intel & opportunities tracking
  • Proposal advisory & support
  • Support Client Service Assessment process
  • Provide feedback for Engagement team’s action
  • Range of activities focused on client acquisition and growing client relationships, which includes:
    • Development and implementation of strategic client programs
    • Coordinating and supporting the firm’s pursuit activities
  • Other client-related projects

  • A recognized University degree in marketing, business, commerce, economics or a related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Experience in writing presentations and performing in pitch/proposal situations
  • Confidence to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively as a team
  • Ability to analyze the market to identify the current industry trends, good knowledge of research tools for analysis and a general understanding of database technology  
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools
