Work you’ll do
As a part of this team, you will be responsible to:
- Manage overall delivery of Knowledge services
- Work/communicate regularly with business stakeholders to maintain/publish content (as per standards defined) to platforms as part of the project management including project planning and reporting.
- Perform quality analysis of deliverables and provide guidance to further improve the overall efficiency and quality benchmarks.
- Manage day-to-day operations – scope confirmation, work allocation, issue resolution, quality review (with providing observations) for all stakeholder site maintenance requests.
- Provide creative solutions with respect to design, site and recommendations to stakeholders proactively and act as "trusted business advisor”.
- Ensure 100% compliance with established site development and maintenance processes
- Prepare reports/dashboards to be shared with stakeholders
- Analyze and review Site/Page health reports. Derive insights and develop stakeholder recommendations
- Solicit regular feedback from the stakeholders, hold regular touch points with the various stakeholders and strive towards achieving highest stakeholder satisfaction across groups
- Overall business understanding & awareness of critical elements associated with the various project life cycle stages • Responsible for coaching, providing team members with feedback and career guidance
- Perform due diligence based on performance management / feedback data to create individual performance metrics
- Work with individuals in setting up goals, tracking progress against goals and provide timely feedback
- Build eminence for the team within the Knowledge Services group and with stakeholder groups
