Work you will do

 

Our Financial Advisory team in Southeast Asia delivers end-to-end advisory solutions to unlock and preserve value in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, investigations, and disputes.

 

As part of our M&A team, you will bring organizations together through mergers and acquisitions, or creating new entities through separations and divestitures, which are among the most complex business activities an organization will ever undertake. Through our end-to-end approach you will help to deliver value throughout the journey and beyond which can include analyzing financial data, review accounting records, develop financial models, strategic planning, post-merger integration and others.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

 

If you are someone with:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant accounting, business, or finance discipline.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years proven record in either M&A strategy, commercial due diligence, financial commercial due diligence, valuation & modeling and/or post-merger integration

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in an Investment Bank or one of the Big 4 firms

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in developing presentations and reporting materials using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future

  • Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions

  • Experience in dynamic situations and able to shift gears comfortably and effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
