Work you’ll do

 

  • Program & Course Operations

 

    • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for training programs (virtual and in-person).
    • Manage trainer assignments, participant enrollment, and course materials.
    • Ensure smooth delivery of sessions, including tech setup, venue arrangements, and post-training follow-up.

 

  • Client & Learner Management

 

    • Manage learner registration, communications, and support.
    • Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve programs.
    • Act as point-of-contact for client queries and program coordination. 

 

  • Process & Systems Management

 

    • Develop, document and optimize workflows for course delivery. 
    • Maintain Learning Management System (LMS), CRM and operational databases. 
    • Ensure compliance with accreditation, certification or industry standards where applicable. 

 

  • Finance & Reporting

 

    • Support budgeting, vendor invoicing, and financial tracking of programs.
    • Monitor key operational metrics (attendance, completion rates, client satisfaction).
    • Generate reports for management and clients.

 

  • Team & Stakeholder Support

 

    • Liaise with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment.
    • Support trainers with preparation, briefing, and resources.
    • Provide operational insights to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

 

  • Skills & Competencies
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and LMS/CRM tools.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

 

  • Qualifications & Experience 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.
    • 2–5 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, or program management (preferably in training/education).
    • Experience with LMS platforms, virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.), and reporting systems is an advantage.
