Job Title: DRSC A&A_Operations_Associate

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable individual to support our audit team by managing bank confirmations through Confirmation.com. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client financial information and forms part of the audit evidence gathering process. Individual will also support the business operations and other initiatives as needs arise.

Work you’ll do
- Prepare, process and track bank confirmations via Confirmation.com.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding confirmations.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and confidentiality standards.
- Check the invoices for monthly payment
- Support the business operations and other initiatives as needs arise.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Accountancy or related discipline.
- Experience using Confirmation.com or audit support work preferred.
- Good team player with positive attitude.
- Self-starter, adaptable and comfortable to working in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely.
- Work independently and prepare deliverables under established timelines.
