Work you’ll do
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Associate to provide administrative and operational support to SEA member firms from the Delivery Center. This includes supporting resource management deployment, billing, charging code creation, and other business-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and validating work requests received from engagement teams, ensuring all required information is complete.
- Allocating audit work to appropriate teams based on capacity, availability, and expected delivery timelines.
- Tracking upcoming demand and proactively highlighting potential capacity or timing risks.
- Supporting data accuracy and quality by resolving information issues with team managers.
- Preparing reports on team capacity, workload status, and booked work.
- Assist with billing and charging code maintenance.
- Handle general administrative tasks and contribute to other business support initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and support process improvements.

Requirements

- Background in administration, business, or related fields preferred (2-3 years working experience).
