Role summary
To provide support to the Asia Pacific (AP) Investments team by:
- Supporting the AP Investments Lead across key investment activities, including proposal reviews, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Contributing to strategic planning initiative and assist with ad hoc projects to support the effective management of AP investments
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the AP region This position reports to the AP Investments Lead.

Work you’ll do
- Assist the AP Investments Lead with the coordination of investment asks from stakeholders and review of documents for completeness and accuracy to be presented to the AP Investment Committee
- Work with the AP Investments Lead to enhance investment monitoring and performance tracking, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic goals and return targets
- Assist in the creation and updating of performance reports and support the AP Investments Lead in providing regular updates to AP leadership regarding investment progress and return performance
- Prepare periodic reports on investment performance for the review by various AP governing bodies
- Help manage relationships and communications with various AP stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
- Support the AP Investments Lead in the annual Global and AP Investment Planning process including obtaining data from key stakeholders, preparation of materials, coordinating key meetings
- Work with the AP Finance team to coordinate activities at the intersection of AP Investments and AP Finance, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy
- Other special assignments or projects that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements
Education:
- A recognized Degree in Finance & Accounting or related professional qualifications
Years of Experience:
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field
Other Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools / applications
- Strong analytical skill
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Naturally curious and eager to explore new ideas and approaches
- Willing to question and challenge assumptions to improve outcomes
- Flexible, adaptable, and highly motivated and self-starter
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and good with following through
- Fluent in English
