Work you’ll do

  • Turn business questions into analytics: Partner with AP Talent and business stakeholders to understand workforce priorities and translate complex, ambiguous or evolving questions into clear analytical approaches.
  • Deliver end-to-end workforce analytics: Lead the work from sourcing, integrating and validating data through to analysis, visualisation, insight generation and executive-ready communication.
  • Build decision-focused reporting: Develop and enhance dashboards, reports and analytical products that support workforce strategy, highlight emerging issues and enable better leadership decisions.
  • Find the “so what”: Move beyond descriptive reporting to identify trends, drivers, anomalies, risks and opportunities, and articulate their implications and potential actions.
  • Create a coherent workforce story: Connect insights across workforce measures to build an integrated view of workforce performance, shape, capability and emerging priorities.
  • Influence through data storytelling: Use clear visualisation and compelling narratives to make complex findings accessible to non-technical and senior audiences.
  • Enable leadership communication: Prepare executive-ready presentations and briefing materials that help senior stakeholders communicate findings confidently, and present insights directly where appropriate.
  • Innovate with AI and automation: Proactively experiment with generative AI, automation and emerging analytical technologies to improve the speed, accuracy, scalability and impact of reporting and insight generation.
  • Redesign how work gets done: Identify manual or repetitive reporting that can be simplified, automated, made self-service or stopped, and turn successful experiments into reusable solutions.
  • Protect trust in the data: Maintain high standards of data quality, confidentiality, privacy and governance, applying sound judgement and appropriate human oversight to AI-enabled analysis.
  • Work across Asia Pacific: Collaborate with regional and local Talent teams to improve data definitions, quality and consistency while recognising differences in market context.
  • Help build the capability: Contribute to the development of AP Talent Intelligence analytics standards, methods, platforms and ways of working, with scope to take on broader leadership responsibility as the function matures.
