Work you’ll do

• Design, develop and enhance AI-enabled solutions for assurance, governance, risk and compliance use cases.
• Develop applications and prototypes using Python, TypeScript or JavaScript, large language models, APIs and modern web-development frameworks.
• Use Claude Code and OpenAI Codex for code generation, codebase analysis, debugging, refactoring, test creation and technical documentation.
• Translate business requirements into working solution designs, user interfaces, workflows, APIs and data-processing components.
• Develop AI capabilities such as document extraction, classification, summarisation, knowledge retrieval, control testing and report generation.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation, prompt-management and agent-based workflows using approved AI models and enterprise data sources.
• Integrate AI solutions with databases, document repositories, workflow tools and GRC platforms such as Archer GRC, ServiceNow IRM and IBM OpenPages.
• Perform testing, troubleshoot defects and support deployment across development, testing and production environments.
• Maintain source code, technical documentation, test evidence and deployment instructions.
• Apply secure development, data privacy, access control and responsible AI requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with functional consultants, assurance specialists and client technology teams to deliver prototypes and production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field.
• Must have experience in developing full-stack web applications.
• Three to five years of experience in software development, AI application development or enterprise solution implementation.
• Hands-on experience using both Claude Code and OpenAI Codex within software-development projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React is preferred.
• Experience developing APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django, Node.js or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation and AI agents.
• Experience with Git, code review, automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, cloud platforms and container technologies such as Docker.
• Experience developing applications involving document processing, workflow automation or enterprise data integration.
• Experience in GRC, controls assurance, internal audit, risk management or regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Experience supporting financial services, government or other regulated-sector clients is an advantage.
