Work you’ll do
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 application support for GRC platforms (e.g., Archer GRC / ServiceNow IRM), including incident management, problem resolution, and service requests.
- Perform configuration changes such as workflows, questionnaires, fields, access roles, calculations, and basic risk logic.
- Support minor enhancements and change requests based on approved requirements.
- Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, data quality, and integrations; coordinate fixes with technical teams.
- Follow defined AMS SLAs, KPIs, and escalation procedures.

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Risk, Business, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in GRC / IT application support, risk systems support, or IT compliance platforms.
- Experience supporting financial services clients is preferred.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA) is an advantage.
- Experience working in AMS / support / run teams is strongly preferred.
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills for client and internal coordination.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to follow defined processes and work within SLAs.
- Willingness to learn and work under guidance from senior team members.
