Work you’ll do:

This role is part of the SEA Regional Capability Centre and is responsible for supporting multiple engagement teams across the region. In addition to delivering client-facing IT audit and assurance services, the role plays a key part in maintaining delivery quality, developing team capabilities, and driving continuous improvement across the delivery centre.

Responsibilities:

• Support Southeast Asia (SEA) engagement teams via the delivery centre model, collaborating across countries and service lines for consistent outcomes.
• Lead IT audit, risk, and compliance engagements across ITGC, ITAC, ERP, business processes, and cybersecurity.
• Review team workpapers, testing documentation, and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Partner with engagement leaders and stakeholders to address challenges, integrate feedback, and enhance delivery effectiveness.
• Apply frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, and ISACA IT Assurance standards in evaluating IT controls.
• Assess technology and business risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and recommend practical improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality assurance, and knowledge management practices.
• Build trusted client relationships and mentor team members to foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Studies, Cyber Risks, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager: Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Manager: Minimum 7–9 years of relevant experience with proven experience leading engagements and managing client stakeholders independently.
• Strong background in IT audit, regulatory compliance, IT risk assessment, ITGC, ITAC, and internal controls review.
• Solid understanding of IT governance and risk frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISACA standards).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and analytics tools is advantageous.
• Professional certifications (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CIA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment with a positive, collaborative attitude.
