An exciting opportunity to join as CRM Operation Support in our CRM Enablement Team which oversees Jupiter, our internal Global CRM platform (Salesforce).

 

The CRM Enablement team covers three core pillars Adoption, Functionality, and User Support responsible for maximizing value for our front office teams and providing a consistent experience for our clients. Jupiter represents a major step forward in Deloitte’s digital transformation journey enabling us to manage, retain, and grow our client relationships, regardless of where our clients or we are in the world.

 

Jupiter is established in over 60 countries making it one of the largest global Salesforce deployments.

 

Job highlights:

  1. Support & Collaboration
    • Be the go-to contact for CRM user inquiries through AP Support and ServiceNow, ensuring quick and efficient resolution. Collaborate with Global teams and Local Admins to resolve issues seamlessly.
  2. Data Management & Optimization
    • Lead efforts to maintain CRM data accuracy, manage accounts and opportunity data, and identify/report process gaps to drive improvements and efficiency.
  3. Internal Communication
    • Create and share a monthly newsletter and ad-hoc updates to keep the team informed. Maintain and update internal communication channels like the Teams site and intranet.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and drive Deloitte’s digital transformation by increasing user adoption, capturing accurate data, and delivering meaningful insights.
  • Provide Client & Sales insights for key stakeholders across business units in Asia Pacific.
  • Promote analytics-driven decision making and transform CRM data into actionable insights.
  • Support CRM operations around sales management, reporting, and marketing.
  • Manage CRM data quality and ensure data quality and data accuracy.
  • Develop reports/dashboards using Salesforce/PowerBI.
  • Advise on best practices in application set-up, workflow, and customizations.
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolutions.
  • Ad-hoc CRM related matters and areas you would like to drive improvement.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in any field demonstrating rigorous thinking and ability to articulate complex ideas such as Engineering, Programming, Literature, Data Analysis, etc., is preferred. Fresh graduates or individuals with 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Strong preference for working knowledge of CRM or ERP systems and experience with business processes, analytics, data, predictive modeling, or business intelligence.
  • Attention to detail, analytical and logical problem-solving skills, and the ability to think critically are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with a passion for working with data to identify trends and make recommendations, are highly valued.
  • Familiarity with concepts like Macro/SQL/HTML/Python is advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively engage with busy leaders and professionals.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another Asian language is a plus.
