Work you’ll do

As the Cloud Platform Operations Engineer you will monitor and respond to alerts across public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), working closely with the security team to address operational issues.  In this role you will coordinate, support, and maintain platform tooling and automation to enable efficient cloud operations.

• Manage infrastructure automation using standard tools to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Coordinate with the platform team the code is released into production, aligned with platform standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with on-shore and off-shore teams to support application lifecycle management, from deployment to maintenance.
• Maintain internal project and operational documentation to support ongoing platform readiness and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or 3+ years of relevant experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience across Azure, AWS, and GCP, with a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure architecture and operations
• Working knowledge of VDI solutions, including AWS Workspaces and VMware Horizon, is expected, along with a solid understanding of cloud security best practices across platforms
• Experience in automating tasks using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, or Python is essential, as is a strong grasp of DevOps methodologies, including configuration management, orchestration, and continuous integration
• Experience in infrastructure and application monitoring across both production and non-production environments and demonstrate a good understanding of cloud IaaS and PaaS models, along with high availability and disaster recovery concepts
