Work you’ll do

• Configure and schedule SAP batch jobs/job chains in Redwood RunMyJobs platform
• Troubleshoot failed batch processes per set guidelines
• Monitor and kill batch jobs in SAP S4 via SM37 and SM50 during troubleshooting
• Create time windows and submit frames to enable complex scheduling requirements
• Configure and use Active monitoring module for failures alerts
• Monitoring Data load activities and recovered failures in Dev, Quality system as a part of unit testing
• Perform Workload distribution
• Involving in solving high-prioritized tickets regarding extractions, performance issues and data load failures
• Manage the master job schedule for SAP batch processes and other applications to facilitate delivery of accurate and timely reporting
• Monitor Business Objects Data Services (BODS)
• Configure dashboards and reports
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, requiring analytical and organizational skills
• Explore and implement efficiencies in the tasks and operational procedures
• Support multiple SAP Security tasks and projects after training

Requirements

• Bachelor College degree preferred or equivalent experience in Information Systems/Technology
• Thorough understanding of operations technology, terminology and processing methodologies in an SAP Basis/administration support role
• Knowledge on different SAP systems in landscape and data flow
• SAP ECC/SAP S4 batch jobs administration and scheduling
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High self-drive and confidence
• This role involves working in 24x7 rotational shifts
