CoRe Creative Services is Deloitte's largest global design team. CoRe Creative Services operates globally through six studios: Presentations Studio, Proposals and Bids Studio, Print & Digital Studio, Graphic & Illustration Studio, Videos & Animation Studio, and Asia-Pacific Studio. The mission is to deliver brand consistency, enhance speed-to-market, and drive operational efficiencies through global alignment of creative services professionals, process, and technology. The SEA Delivery Center for CoRe Creative Services provides creative graphic solutions in a variety of mediums. With 180+ designers and coordinators located across three global regions—providing consistent, high-quality, professional creative services, this team has established its reputation with clients throughout Deloitte. CoRe Creative Services provides support on 35+ project types, including but not limited to presentation, proposal, sales sheet, newsletter, annual report, brochure, poster, placemat, advertisement, video, animation, illustration, interactive design, and signage.
The Multimedia Designer assists Deloitte’s internal clients with highly creative 2D/3D Character Animations, videos and motion graphics animations, using various graphic design tools and state-of-the-art equipment. The designer is accountable for creative, visually appealing design; production and delivery of rich media projects; high-end animation; and other corporate multimedia needs. The designer is responsible for effective teamwork and communication. In addition, the designer is responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to effectively leverage resources and maximize utilization and turnaround without compromising quality. This position requires proficient experience in multiple software packages and the ability to produce work consistently and accurately.
- Produce creative 2D/3D multimedia work (Videos, Motion Graphics, Character Animations) within an internal process and deadline-driven environment, meeting client expectations for quality.
- Take project brief from customers and develop storyboards and concepts.
- Take guidance from senior designers/leads, provide designs based on instructions, revise, and produce the final product.
- Gain expertise, stay up-to-date on design standards and follow Deloitte Brand guidelines to create multimedia work.
- Working knowledge of integrating various media elements: audio, images, graphics, videos and animations to build engaging final videos

- Must have: Character animation skills
- Ability to work on high-end motion graphics skills and character animation will be an added advantage

Requirements :

- 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate motion graphic design. Experience of working in corporate graphic design, Ad Agencies, or Studio will be a plus. (Portfolio is mandatory and should include samples of animation, multimedia, video, podcasts, webcast, etc.)
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. Desired: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) / Design
- Certificate/Diploma in Multimedia, specializing in audio editing, video editing, motion graphics, Character animation from a recognized institute with good knowledge of animation principles
- Must have: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, After Effects and Adobe Premiere, Character Animation skills, Adobe Audition
- Good to have: Autodesk Maya/3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, building AR/VR, Immersive video experience, experience working with AI tools, Articulate Storyline and Articulate 360.
- Desired:
- Creating visually appealing storyboards using different tools (Sketching, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to convert the script to a storyboard
- Proficient in communicating in English (written and oral)
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders across Americas/EMEA/APAC will be an added advantage
