Work you’ll do
The CoRe Knowledge Services (KS) team empowers Deloitte professionals to leverage the full breadth of Deloitte’s global capabilities in service to our clients. As the Southeast Asia (SEA) National Knowledge Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that strengthen knowledge sharing, foster collaboration and optimize the effective use of Deloitte’s intellectual capital across Southeast Asia and the global network to create competitive advantage.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, a passion for knowledge management, and the ability to influence and engage leaders across diverse teams. You will partner with a dynamic network of professionals, guiding them to navigate and maximise the use of Deloitte’s knowledge platforms and tools.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship Management
- Establish and build strong relationships with service line leaders, industry leaders and enabling area stakeholders (e.g., Technology, Talent, Communications) and their teams
- Engage with executive leaders on a regular cadence to understand the strategic priorities and drive understanding of the value proposition of KS in supporting them
- Motivate the SEA executive leadership group’s sponsorship, including Identifying knowledge sponsors and champions to drive efforts aligned to specific practice needs
- Leverage relationships to:
- Drive adoption and cultural change, embedding knowledge sharing as a core business practice
- Engage leaders to actively support knowledge promotion activities, including internal communications, learning programs and talent initiatives
- Monitor and report on knowledge system usage and contributions, analyse trends and present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Facilitate navigation of KS offerings (e.g., GenAI tool, Knowledge Exchange (KX), Deloitte People Network (DPN)) alongside related CoRe Business services such as Creative Services and Research & Insights
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for all KS teams and act as an advisor to KS on navigating and aligning KS practices with the needs of the region
Adoption and Culture
- Foster a strong global knowledge sharing culture leveraging the knowledge platform (KX), ensuring local insights and experiences are effectively captured and shared across the network to drive collective value
- Partner closely with the KS Practitioner Engagement team to implement awareness campaigns, integrating promotional materials across communications channels, learning programs and into local events
- Capture and showcase knowledge value stories and testimonials to support local and global communications and learning activities
- Identify and cultivate local knowledge champions who will advocate for platform adoption and actively contribute to knowledge sharing efforts
Knowledge Platform Optimization
- Build a deep understanding of KS processes and solutions, to tailor adoption strategies to local business needs and leadership priorities
- Facilitate the collection and synthesis of practitioner feedback to inform the continuous enhancement of KX
- Drive integration between global and local tools, embedding linkages within geography systems and intranets to create a seamless user experience
Expertise & Network Connectivity
- Work with stakeholders to identify and badge SEA specialists within Deloitte People Network (DPN) to highlight expertise and enable easier knowledge access.
- Drive DPN profile completion, enhancing its value as a resource for connecting talent and capabilities across the region and globally
Intellectual Property Management
- Collaborate with Risk, Quality & Risk Management (QRM), Confidentiality and Privacy leaders to align content processes with regulatory, compliance and governance requirements
- Lead content migration efforts in the context of mergers, acquisitions and combinations

Requirements
- 7 - 10 years of experience in knowledge management, business or client enablement, or a related role in a global or professional services context. Experience in working across the Asia Pacific region is preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Library Sciences, Learning or a related discipline
- Exceptional relationship-building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, build trust and confidence, and manage customer expectations
- Strategic and innovative thinker with critical problem-solving skills and strong project management
- A high comfort level in working, managing resources and collaborating in a virtual, global environment
- Awareness of the evolving AI ecosystem and enthusiasm to explore how emerging technologies, including GenAI, can enhance knowledge discovery, improve content curation, and support practitioner productivity
- Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change; experience managing change, acting as a change agent to influence others
- A passion for helping Deloitte's client-facing practitioners connect with the knowledge and insights they need to succeed in the marketplace
