Work you’ll do
- Manage and operate enterprise IAM solutions.
- Interact with clients, including working with client teams per the prescribed delivery model.
- Support SLAs achievement for support of our clients’ IAM applications and platforms.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of IAM issues, which may require interfacing with Technology Vendors or Principals.
- Develop, configure, optimize, and customize IAM solutions.
- Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice on industry IAM products and support client calls.
- Perform routine health checks on internal monitoring systems and components.
- Prepare reports, performance metrics and dashboards for various clients.
- Take part in Root Cause Analysis and post-mortem to identify and eliminate gaps and improve service.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of working experience in one or more IAM products i.e. ForgeRock, Okta.
- Experience with high level programming language such as Java, Python, and shell scripting.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline and testing framework.
- Experience with Automation and Configuration tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Skaffold.
- Knowledge of modern architectures based on microservices, REST APIs, and event-based architecture.
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) would be an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with different roles to archive common goals.
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Candidates with relevant cybersecurity certifications are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Incident or Change management process in a large-scale operation.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
