Work you’ll do

• Perform Software Asset Management (SAM) and License Contract and Compliance (i.e ITAM lifecycle for assigned portfolio of products/services and geographies, working towards consistent global coverage and responsibility.
• Conduct software inventory analysis.
• Provide oversight and leadership to technology operations team(s).
• Manage complex licensing models and optimize license usage based on key license drivers (headcount, volume).
• Evaluate licensing options, named versus processor licensing, on premise versus cloud, owned versus SAAS, and provide recommendations.
• Report on external spend with suppliers of technology labor, software and hardware services.
• Perform other related software management & review tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Technology or related.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Software Asset Management (SAM) certification (70-673) are often preferred.
• Prior experience with Software Asset Management is essential.
• Strong understanding of software asset management, license contract, compliance advisory and  software inventory analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
