Work you’ll do

• To perform as a delivery resource under projects to carry out tasks in planning, design, training as well as guiding the installation and configuration.
• Provide support to both customer on different data protection solution as well as other upcoming new security solutions that forms under this line of business.
• To attend to customers’ call for escalation support through either over phone or field visit.
• To be trained in products assigned and certified as Solution Architect for Implementation.
• Lead, mentor and guide junior consultants (for senior consultant role).
• To act as technical project manager to carry out necessary planning and manage project.
• To guide the troubleshooting of technical problems surfaced during project whenever team members face challenges.
• Work closely with vendor’s technical help-desk to resolve technical problem surfaced during implementation.
• To constantly learn new products that required by the data protection market.
• Carry out testing of data protection products to ensure requirements by customers can be met prior to project commencement.
• Develop simple scripting to customize the product to meet customer’s requirements.
• Communicate or present to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in the similar field.

• Proven track record of implementing Data Protection technology or equivalent Cybersecurity technology such as Data Loss Prevention, Data Classification, Digital Rights Management, Masking  or Tokenization Technology, Encryption etc. 

• At least 2-3 years of implementation experience on Microsoft, Unix and Linux platform.

• At least 1-2 years of implementation or administration experience in MS SQL, Oracle or other RDBMS. 

• Strong understanding of TCPIP, networking, DNS etc.

• Analytical mind with good troubleshooting skill.

• Some experience with programming in either Scripting, Microsoft .NET or Java is an added advantage.

• Some experience in Symantec, Forcepoint, Proofpoint as well as competitor products is important.
