Work you’ll do
Role and Responsibilities
Your role will be to manage day-to-day operations and service delivery within the Delivery Centre, ensuring that client commitments are met in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards. You will act as a key link between senior leadership and the operations team including the following:
Service Delivery & Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across Financial Crime Operate projects.
- Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor workflow pipelines, manage volumes, and ensure timely case handling and escalations.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Workforce & Capacity Management
- Perform resource planning, workforce allocation, and capacity management to meet fluctuating volumes and client demands.
- Manage scheduling, shift planning (if applicable), and optimise team utilization.
- Track productivity metrics and ensure optimal output across teams.
Quality & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including sample reviews and error tracking.
- Proactively identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as a day-to-day contact for client stakeholders on operational matters.
- Provide regular reporting on performance metrics, issues, and resolutions.
- Escalate risks, issues, and capacity constraints to senior leadership in a timely manner.
Administration and Engagement Support
- Support engagement management activities including onboarding, engagement setup, and tracking financials.
- Assist in billing, utilisation tracking, and cost management for engagements.
Business Development Support
- Support proposal development, including operational input on delivery models, staffing, and pricing.
- Contribute to client presentations and solutioning discussions where required.
People Management
- Manage and coach team members, including senior analysts and team leads.
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and addressing underperformance.
- Foster a positive team culture, engagement, and retention within the Delivery Centre.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in a management role in a Delivery Centre, ideally in Financial Crime Operations.
- Prior Financial Crime/Financial Crime Operations experience is a plus with related experience of software used for client delivery.
- Strong presentation, report writing, and people management skills are essential.
- Proven ability to work within a team and manage large/multiple projects effectively.
- Working within client defined SLA’s and quality metrics.
- Experience in managing people including promoting a positive culture and maintaining low attrition rates
- Capable of identifying issues and providing solutions when reporting to Partner/Director.
- Able to independently lead client projects under Partner supervision.
