Work you’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate all recruitment activities, managing a team to meet recruitment targets efficiently.
• To be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, and interviewing process and develop strategies to source within target market.
• To review and evaluate CVs, selecting best-fit candidates for interviews in a timely manner.
• To extend employment contract offers and negotiations.
• To work closely with business leaders to plan talent acquisition and recruitment activities
• To build a strong rapport and relationship with Hiring Managers and understand hiring requirements and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and processes.
• Prepare recruitment-related reports and perform any ad hoc projects and other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource management/ Business Studies/ Management
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in regional hiring and talent acquisition
• Familiar with various recruiting channels, platforms, and job board
• Experience in using SuccessFactors and SAP HR
• Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
