Work you’ll do

 

  • To prepare, input, and maintain an accurate record of day-to-day and monthly journals in the accounting system for several clients according to the timeline.
  • Assist team in the full spectrum of company accounts, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. You will also maintain fixed assets registers as well as prepare management accounts:
  • Account receivable: prepare commercial invoices, maintain accounts receivable, etc.).
  • Account payable: renaming the invoice, summarizing invoices for payments, maintaining Account Payable)
  • Financial statement and management account: monthly and quarterly financial statements and other financial reports (i.e. balance sheet reconciliation, etc.).
  • To gather and compile the supporting document for audit purposes.
  • Prepare the reconciliation as per request for audit purposes.  
  • To prepare the monthly and/or quarterly reporting to Bank Indonesia (i.e. ULN, LBB, KPPK).
  • To input inventory transactions in the inventory system.
  • Other tasks related to accounting matters (if any).

Requirements
 

  • University degree/post graduate degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • ACCA/AICPA/CA/CPA/CIMA qualification or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years working experience in accounting work/audit services
  • Fresh graduates can also be considered.
