Work you’ll do

• Assist clients across the entire tax lifecycle i.e ad hoc advisory assistance; fund, financing and transaction structuring; tax due diligence; tax compliance as well as global information reporting.
• Assist clients with tax disputes.
• Assist with tax research and supporting the provision of advice on tax technical matters.
• Assist with the preparation of tax advice and/or tax computations/filings.
• Preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Assist with business development – in each case vis-à-vis one or more of the subsectors including Banking and Capital Markets, Investment Management, Real Estate and Insurance.

Requirements

• Have Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Legal or similar i.e ACCA/CPA etc. 
• Have technical specialties, including income tax, GST, withholding tax, stamp duty and transfer pricing.
• Experience in investment management, insurance, banking, or M&A tax would be most welcomed.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Proven project management skills and the ability to work well both individually and as a member of a team.
