Work you’ll do
- Assist clients across the entire tax lifecycle i.e ad hoc advisory assistance; fund, financing and transaction structuring; tax due diligence; tax compliance as well as global information reporting.
- Assist clients with tax disputes.
- Assist with tax research and supporting the provision of advice on tax technical matters.
- Assist with the preparation of tax advice and/or tax computations/filings.
- Preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Assist with business development – in each case vis-à-vis one or more of the subsectors including Banking and Capital Markets, Investment Management, Real Estate and Insurance.

Requirements
- Have Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Legal or similar i.e ACCA/CPA etc.
- Have technical specialties, including income tax, GST, withholding tax, stamp duty and transfer pricing.
- Experience in investment management, insurance, banking, or M&A tax would be most welcomed.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to work well both individually and as a member of a team.
