Work you’ll do

 

  • Client-facing:
    • Initiate cases within the global client management database.
    • Handle (written and verbal) queries or requests for information from assignees or government
      bodies, including meeting government officers independently where necessary.
    • Draft replies to client queries or requests for advice from Deloitte global network.
    • Collate, sort, and sequence documents required for Clients.
    • Coordinate work with co-workers to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
    • Research the extracted information.
    • Able to develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients.
    • Assist in any other projects as assigned by Management.

 

  • Provide database support for the firm’s global client management database:
    • Initiate cases within the global client management database.
    • Add or edit activities within the global client management database.
    • Upload files onto the global client management database.
    • Provide administrative support for database relationship management.
    • Provide administrative support to maintain and generate system reports.

 

  • Provide client engagement administration support:
    • Send meeting initiations and follow up with the assignees for immigration calls.
    • Assist with immigration coordination and other administrative processes.
    • Working seamlessly with the Deloitte Singapore Immigration team.

 

  • Provide invoicing support:
    • Liaising with engagement managers or other relevant team members to confirm invoice requirements.
    • Drafting invoices in relevant systems, coordinating approvals, generation, distribution, and filing as per service line work instructions and filing requirements.
    • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the engagement team.

Requirements
 

  • Ideally possess minimum Degree in any field - Accounting, Finance, Business or similar.
  • Preferable prior experience in administrative tasks.
  • Fresh gradudates can be considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mind, meticulous skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work on night shift basis.
  • Willing to work on site.
