Work you’ll do
- Develop deep industry and technical expertise of an equity and incentive practitioner.
- Act as a solutions specialist in assisting the client service team in the preparation of service/deliverables.
- Design and develop effective incentive plan supported by modern employment benefits to meet the client need of their global talent and diverse workforce.
- Implement, operate & communicate employee incentives programs that support key business objectives.
- Provide legal advisory, accounting, valuations and total rewards strategy/framework and executive compensation advisory for clients.
- Perform data analyzing, data processing, data integration and data modelling/presentation using PowerBI or Tableau in order to develop total rewards or compensation as requested by clients.

Requirements
- Possess Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in Information Technology.
- Must have strong data analytical and quantitative skills using PowerBI or Tableau
- Must have 2 years of working experience in data analyzing, data processing, data integration and data modelling/presentation & developing total rewards or compensation.
- Must have experience in developed a PowerBI dashboard using DAX and Power Query.
- Familiar with data mining process & data visualization using SQL.
- Expose or having knowledge in dynamic tools for data processing, data integration and data modelling/presentation.
- Having 1 year of working experience in developing total rewards or compensation will be plus point.
- Open to fresh graduates who willing to explore total rewards in HR.
